Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

I brought my daughter’s car in for diagnostic testing on why the β€œengine” light kept coming on and the engine was randomly overheating. It was the engine temperature sensor and while diagnosing, discovered there was a leak of coolant, which was causing the overheating. The repair quote was almost her weekly paycheck so at first she declined. When I went in to pick up the vehicle, Miguel spent a lot of time with me explaining the breakdown and suggested that she apply for financial help through the company he works with. She was APPROVED and has 6 weeks to make payments at 0% interest. We were very pleased! I felt as if I was being such a pain by asking so many questions but he was more than happy to oblige. His wife is the sweetest person and is as calming as Miguel. The shop itself is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this shop for all your services!

They are a great place to work with. They were very accommodating to my vehicles needs and had great communication with me about what was going on with my car. They're prices are very honest and reasonable. They have made a new customer with me. I'll definitely be back.

Miguel is a pleasure to work with. Fair prices, quick work, and complete transparency. I'm not too smart with cars and asked some questions and he brought me into the shop and showed me what the issue was now I understand.

Have used them twice, and both times were perfect. A fraction of what the dealer would’ve cost me. Friendly service, top notch quality work, and kind to the wallet. Service will require some time but if you plan ahead, shouldn’t be a problem. Good+affordable=time. Have been referring everyone to them.

I own a 09 Audi Q7 and after being misdiagnosed by two other shops, I finally found a permanent and honest Repair Shop. First time getting work done here and despite not knowing what to expect, I truly was not disappointed. Great customer service over the phone and very helpful. Thank You Miguel to you and a great team.
